How Acquisition.com Makes Money

Learn exactly how Acquisition.com makes money through our media-to-equity flywheel, turning free business content into cash flow, high-ticket Vegas workshops, and portfolio equity.

How Acquisition.com Makes Money

Here's exactly how Acquisition.com makes money.

Most business guys lock their secrets behind a $2,000 course. They make money from you. We flipped that completely on its head. Our mission is to make real business education free for everyone on earth. Period. We consciously try to make our free content way better than anyone else’s paid stuff.

So how do we pay for it? We turn raw attention into money, then use that money to buy enterprise equity. It’s a giant flywheel. Here is the exact breakdown of how the machine works.

Step 1: Broad Eyeballs

We plow massive cash, time, and team energy into making free content every single day. YouTube videos, podcasts, and audiobooks.

If your business makes less than $500,000 a year, we don’t want to sell you anything high ticket. We collect a couple of bucks from YouTube ad revenue, or when you buy a physical copy of my books on Amazon. The goal here isn't to make profit off you. The goal is for you to use those free tools to scale your business past $500k so you can ascend into our real world later.

Step 2: The Minor Conversions

Once people are in our world, they look for low-friction entry points. We give them three options:

  • The Mosey Minute: Our daily newsletter that captures basic contact info.

  • Books: Low-cost books that serve as self-liquidating customer acquisition.

  • Skool: The platform for starting online communities. We are major shareholders, so we take direct monthly cash distributions here.

Step 3: The Vegas Advisory Practice

This is our core operational cash flow engine. It's built exclusively for business owners doing between $500k and $50M a year. They fly out to our Las Vegas headquarters to work face-to-face with our analysts, directors, and consultants.

We run this in three incredibly simple tiers:

  • Level 1 (L1): Basic entry workshops. Costs $5,000.

  • Level 2 (L2): Advanced scaling infrastructure. Costs $35,000.

  • Level 3 (L3): Direct, deep-dive consulting with me. Costs $135,000.

Step 4: Plowing Excess Cash Into Equity

The cash flow from books, software, and workshops gets shuttled directly into big capital deployment engines:

ACQ Ventures We make small 1% to 5% growth bets on unicorn tech startups. Or, we seed internal B2B companies from scratch—like sales AI tools, insurance platforms, or lending services—and instantly scale them by distributing them directly to our massive audience.

Private Equity When a business comes through our advisory practice and we realize it's a true rocket ship, we don't just consult. We buy a 30% to 100% equity stake, put our own executive talent inside, and run it independently. This is where the real wealth is made.

ACQ Real Estate (ACQRE) We partner with Arc to buy major multi-family real estate deals. It gives us incredible long-term yield and keeps our entire corporate entity ridiculously tax-efficient.

What We’re Building Next: The ACQ Network

Right now, there's a massive gap between a $30 book and a $5,000 workshop. To fix that, we are launching the ACQ Network.

Think of it like Disney Plus, but built for B2B. It’s a digital membership priced between $5,000 and $10,000 a year. It has a high enough barrier to keep the wantrepreneurs out and ensure it’s strictly for serious business owners.

Members get access to three core things:

  1. Our Business AI: An automated consultant trained directly on all of our high-ticket, real-world consulting data and case studies.

  2. Industry Circles: Segmented mastermind tracks for home services, healthcare, brick-and-mortar, and professional services.

  3. Group Buying Leverage: We use the scale of thousands of aggregated businesses to force vendors to give our members institutional rates on credit card processing, software, and agency fees. The savings alone make it a no-brainer.

We want to build a complete universe where once an owner enters, the value is so overwhelmingly high they never want to leave.
